About Jocelyn


Jocelyn graduated from The University of South Florida’s College of Nursing in 1994. She has been a Board Certified Lactation Consultant since 2001. Over the past 25 years she has worked in a variety of health care and educational settings.

Her work experiences include, Early Childhood education, Pediatrics, Pediatric Office RN, Early Intervention Home Visiting RN, Ante and Post partum RN/IBCLC, Prenatal Breastfeeding Instructor and Outpatient Lactation Services, Health Sciences Instructor for High School Medical Magnet, Certified Nursing Assistant instructor, Private Senior Adult Home Care Nursing, Private Practicing home visiting lactation consultant.

Jocelyn’s inspiration and dedication to the field of Lactation support and education, originated with her own children. She has worked to feed a 35 week preemie, and induced lactation for her adopted child. Her children are now 23, 17 and 11. She lives in Gulfport with her husband of 26 years of marriage and her aging mother now 80 years old.
